Contract Recruiter (3-month contract)

Due to client demand, our sales team is currently experiencing rapid growth - we are planning to double the size of our sales team over the next few months.  We're looking for a contract recruiter to join us in San Francisco and help us build up a strong pipline of talented sales candidates.  Come help us build a world class sales organization!

In addition to contract recruiting duties, this role could also involve some general office management and EA work if that happens to be of interest to potential candidates.

This is a contract role for 3 months.  Candidates who perform well will be eligible for full time employment.


  • Sourcing: utilize online channels (e.g. LinkedIn) to proactively source sales candidates.
  • Screening: conduct first round phone screens with candidates to pitch our company and assess candidate fit
  • Coordination: help coordinate and schedule on-site interviews with candidates
  • General Office Management: Organizing the office. Ordering snacks, supplies and lunches for the team.  Creating a great office environment for our growing team!
  • Executive Support: booking meetings, travel, etc. for CEO and other executives.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Interest in recruiting, HR, administration, or office management
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn
  • Strong organizational skills and willingness to wear multiple hats
